What is this in my refugium?

Need help identifying what is in my refugium. That are long white hollow tubes growing at the bottom of refugium. Tried attaching a pic but file upload failed.

Very hard to be sure without a photo but it sounds like a sponge.

just taking a guess, but possibly tube worms? Are they on the equipment?

It's on the bottom of my refugium...looks clear when it's growing then turns white
