what is this its every where in my tank and my sump /fug

They look like a sponge , there little and white. and there in my sump in the first chamber where the water comes from the tank.

its a sponge, good filter feeder, not harmful in any way, i have them as well as pretty much every other reefer.

More likely it came in on a piece of LR and spread. It's a sign of a healthy tank, don't worry.
