What is this live rock hitchhiker?

Looks that way. They can explode in an nps system, since you're feeding exactly what they like, in large quantities. I keep my overflows filled with them and peppermint shrimp in the sump, fuge and dt to deal with the ones that show up in the tank

Best cure, when only dealing with a few, is to take some kalk powder, mix in enough rodi water to male it a consistency a little thicker than Elmers Glue. Use a syringe from a Salifert test kit: the insulin/hgh sized one, with the pink tip still on and hit it heavy on the mouth first to prevent it spitting out planaria (also the reason for the thick consistency) then cover the rest of the top. It will quickly shrivel up or implode

It's one of the most RARE Marine Anemones ever.... The last one Auctioned for over $1 Million Dollars....

(insert sarcasm since you seem to be posting the same question over and over)
