I'm new to the hobby so I figured I'd start off here. I have just started and I started with a 5 gal which I knew from the start will be upgraded to a 32 gal led biocube after Christmas. So far everything is going well. I have stayed on top of things and am learning a lot. I also grow orchids so I'm use to working on something everyday and addressing needs as soon as they are detected.
Now the question I have is that I found this new bubble/blister on my candy cane today. What is it? What do I need to do?
I'm sorry if this is something easily found in search. I don't even know how/what to search for with this.
Water parameters taken yesterday night were as follows:
Ph: 8.1
Ammonia: 0
Nitrites: 0
Nitrates: ~10
Phosphates <0.25 (API kit so this is the lowest resolution)
Calcium: 460
Kh: 10-11
Salinity: 1.026
Please see attached photos: 3 of the anomaly.
Thanks in advance.
