What is this on my coral?

Hey, so my hammer coral has not been looking very good lately. It's coming off the skeleton and what's left of it is not expanding. It has this strange white film on it which I've taken a photo of.

My trachyphyllia has what appears to look like tiny balls of cotton wool on parts of it. For a couple of days this cotton wool like substance was over its mouth.

Any idea what's going on here or what it might be?

Those white things on the Trachyphyllia look like Mesenterial Filaments. Sometimes these are used as a defence mechanism, other times it's just an indication that something is bothering the coral. Overall though it looks pretty good, so you might want to give it a couple days and see if it goes away.
As far as that Hammer coral goes, you might want to do a search on Brown Jelly Disease/Syndrome.
