What is this on my Zoa frag?

Hello all, brand new to reef aquariums and brand new to this forum.

Was hoping someone can identify what this is under my zoa frag I picked up the other day? I assumed it was the start of a new polyp(although I have no idea what that looks like).

I saw something tiny scurrying on the base of the frag, and after looking at some threads, I am assuming its an amphipod(?). But those threads also talked about egg clusters and what now, so a little nervous as to what it is and if it is safe.

sorry, so new to this, don't know why the picture came out sideways, was hoping the pic would post directly in the message itself.

I am not sure what I am looking for. Can you edit the picture and circle it or point to it?

That Paly you have I believe is toxic. Since you're new like me, it might be best if you are aware of it.

the one in the picture with the sponge??? isnt it just a zoa that glows orange?

It's hard to tell. Zoas are usually smaller but I can't really tell from your picture. Either way, you should read up on palytoxin and read some horror stories about it. It's really dangerous so anyone that keeps palys or zoas should know the dangers and how to protect yourself.
