What is this? Red bubble Algae?

Is this stuff bad? It recently started growing on some of my rocks.

It gets mixed review, but I've read alot that it's bad. supposedly it can take over your tank. emerald crabs dont touch it either.

I've got some too, but what are you gonna do? This hobby's got alot of pests and you get some of them.

flat worms, aptaisia, majanos, fireworms, eunice worms, I've got them all.

Any idea on the Family/Genus/Species?? Even a common name will do.
