What is this thing?

I just got my first frags ever yesterday, and the dude at the LFS didn't have names for anything. But what I'm most curious about is this thing sticking up between two kinds of zoas.



It caught a whole Hikari mysis shrimp with its mucus line and ate it!

Also please let me know what you think the two types of zoas are, I have no idea where to start. Sorry I don't have a better angle of the zoas with the green center atm.

I'm guessing a feather duster worm that is not long for this world or some kind of sea squirt. Does it have a hard shell/tube?

Those zoas are common eagle eyes/ radioctive dragon eyes (green ones)

That thing sticking up looks like a large Vermetid snail.

I glued its tube shut and a week later cut it off cause it was ugly, but it was still alive and I had to glue the hole again lol
