I'm not really sure about the worm, although it might just be the arm of a micro brittle star, but the thing that goes in and out is probably just a barnacle. Both of these creatures are harmless and nothing to worry about.

Ok, yes it looks like a barnacle. Should it be in that brown thing tho. It kind of looks like a open wound.
I will take a close look at the bitter star theory.

Looks like a bristle worm to me in that video but its kind of hard to tell..
