What is this white spot on my clown?

Notice the white blotch below his dorsal fin. It's been getting larger over the past couple of months. Should I be concerned?

Looks like a fungal infection. Is it cotton like?

I can't really tell. Seems to be the same texture as the rest of the skin...

Almost looks bacterial to me also. Could also be a healing wound? Hard to tell from a picture alone.

I would treat with prazipro(I believe you can treat in the DT). If that doesn't clear it up, I would transport to an HT and investigate further.

PraziPro is a dewormer. What you need to use is Pimafix and Melafix together. One kills the bacteria and the other promotes healing. Both are completely reef safe and can be used at the same time.
