What is this white thing in the glass

Hi.. i see a white star like thing all over my glass.. its very tiny so the pics below were taken with a magnifying glass.. is anyone aware of them? Is it good or bad?!

This makes sense.. i had recently setup my refugium with chaeto from online.. maybe it got in that way.. i was curious to see them for the first time..
