What is this?

Please help me identify this thing. I don't think its aiptasia. It feeds itself by rolling one arm at a time into the center. Looks nasty.

I've just been looking at something very simular in my tank but could'nt get a good picture. The arms look clear in my picture but they are solid when looking with the naked eye. I'm asuming they are some type of anemone but really dont know for sure.

I've seen a couple things eat that way. One (which was in my tank) was ID'd as a medusa worm. It didn't have the same coloration, but looked a lot like that when it was opened up. Here's a picture I found of one from another site:

No, its about the same size as an aiptasia would be but isn't one.

I would have to second the opinion on the medusa. May have to catch it and QT it till you can Id it

I dont think they are cucumbers of any sort. They dont seem to move from the location there in.

Any other ideas? Its stationary. Very much like an aiptasia but not one.

If you don't like it just take it out and flush it.
