Anyone have any idea what this is
I know it is some kind of snail

It's a nudibranch. What was it on? Resembles a monti eating nudi.

Zoa nudibranch then. Better look close for more and eggs also. If you see any eggs take the colony and get the eggs off with a q-tip.

A lot of people say Flatworm Exit is really effective on them, but I have no experience with it myself. Maybe Lugol's or a freshwater dip will do the trick. I'd like to know what works.

I dipped the zoas and the removes them from the frag plug
and checked them over then re glued to a new plug

I always use a Lugol's dip before putting new zoas in my tank. They can really wipe out a colony of zoas.
