what is this

It's kind of hard to see in that picture, but they'll do this on occasion. Why? I have no idea. Some people think it's an indication that the coral is splitting, but I've seen a frogspawn double in size over time and never witnessed a bubble like that before. Just keep an eye on it.

Updated picture

From that picture it doesn't look good. Almost as if it's being smothered by some sort of algae or something. If you were to aim a small powerhead at it, does it come off? You might want to give that a try and see what happens.

Definitely not looking good from the last photo. I see bare skeleton. Maybe try dipping it, I use Lugol's solution and it's helped some of my LPS that were receding.

Yeah I got nothing to dip with this sucks I seen no signs of any diseases either I haven't even had it a week yet

I'd frag off that entire head so it doesn't spread to the others…it looks like something that will definitely spread pretty fast.

I'm not sure if this is the case here, but you might want to try looking into Brown Jelly Disease/Syndrome.

Mine did the same and it lasted for about 2 months, when the bubble disappeared my frogspawn had a second mouth, so in my case it was splitting right down the middle.

defintely not a good sign to see the skeleton, You have a LFS you can go to to get a bottle of revive or coral rx or something similar? Do you have a tank you can use as QT? I would QT that thing and if I couldnt get it locally I would get a bottle of revive or soemthing off amazon with 2 day delivery.

I had an acan that half melted after I put it in, I QT'd it and then dipped in Revive twice, it is now almost whole again and sends out feeding feelers every night.

Otherwise, I am not sure if an h2o2 or fresh water dip would hurt the coral or not.
