Found these on the heater in my tank (near very top in dark area

You mean the dotted lines? They appear to be eggs from a mollusk... Snail or slug of some kind. What's in the tank?

I think I'm looking at small spirorbids (worms). Are they little spiral white things? They are harmless but lots of people don't like they way the look on the glass. You can scrape them off if you don't want them on the glass.

Yah, some snails, hermits, fish and coral

Yah that seems to describe it, its only in the little cluster but they look like worms kinda but dont move

The lines of white dots on the black surface not the stuff on the glass

Next time you may want to describe the thing you want IDed so we can tell what it is.
Those are a kind of worm that build spiral tubes and just sit.

I asked the fish store near me (not a petco or similar) its animal jungle and they're pretty reputable and she said they were most likely snail eggs on the heater
