Looks almost like a Chiton. I'm also on a phone so the photo is quite small. You should embed your pictures it will get you more answers.

Looks like a little pineapple sponge to me, FWIW...

Definitely not a pineapple sponge. Those are very small and mainly in your sump. I have tons trust me. The pic isn't the best but idk if it's a chiton either because the shell isn't serrated in appearance.
