What is this?

I notice this green string like thing that comes out of my rock. At first I thought it was some sort of Algae, but when I go to poke it, it shrinks back into the rock and shows it's face again. Picture isn't the best sorry and I for some reason I can't seem to get a video uploaded on photobucket.

Hi twitchy, I googled spionid worm, don't look like that. looks like green thread but he reacts when I poke it and retracts back into the rock . so odd!

I think it might be one of the many "tentacles" of a Hair/Spaghetti worm.

googled some more and I think it might be hair worms which are harmless. I noticed My zoa's retract when these things come in contact with them.
