What is this ?

I was cleaning my tank when I saw these long thin legs hanging out of my rock. It moved into the hole on the rock then this morning it was hanging out the hole again...i can't get a good pic of it as this is the best I could get. The legs look like they are dark with rings of a lighter color . Anyone have any idea what this could be and where it came from ? If it matters , I haven't added any fish, snails , rock or anything to my tank in over 2 months.

From the description(can't really tell from the pic) I would have to guess a micro brittle star. It's a good guy, and a great part of the micro fauna in our tanks. If you started with the bags of "live" sand, it probably hitch hiked in in the bag.
