I was checking on the fish in thier new home and I saw this, The rock has been in one of my tanks for almost two years. I just thought it strange for this to come out now. Just want to be sure it is safe.

Also thought I would share a picture of the happiest little critter in the world. Now that he is out of the 75 with no rocks or anything, and in the 180, He has been sitting in the corner of the 75gal tank admiring
the 180 for the last 5 months.
He is one little fish (about 7inches) that loves to get his picture taken.
Everyone else is camera shy.

In the one picture it looks like something is wrong with his tummy, He is fine, I think that was just how he was turned and shadowing.

nope, just white maget looking things, I thought they may be copods, but not sure. or maybe sponge, since it just going on the underside of the rock no light.

Sorry I can't spell, DOD schools as a kid.

hard to tell, they are way in the back of the tank, and my eyes are getting old. I really don't think they are a danger, since like I said I have had this rock for quite a while and no problems. If it is that, and they like to take over like in yours, what little guy likes them for lunch?

Angels will eat sponge I dont have them in my tank proper but in my overflows they are growing like crazy.
