I can't seem to figure out what this is and Rally is not working. Anyone know what is this and how to treat this? It looks like big white dots. Too big to be ich.

it looks to me like a fish ! try melafix it could be just a scratch on him

There are a bunch of big white dots all over him. Mostly near his head and face. He still eats fine and acts fine.

my pinktail trigger has the same thing on his face.i thought that he just scratched it on a rock or something.but it seems to be getting worse.
