What is this?

I am not so sure this is Ich. The cysts are like small bubbles attached to the Purple Tang's body and they are large - some slightly larger than 1mm. There is now about 8 of these cysts on each side of the body - but none on the gills. The fish has been in hyposalinity for 3 weeks, but had been stressed recently due to high nitrites.
