What is this?

i pulled this picture off of the sticky thread with pests.

However in this picture im focusing on the polyps and how theres a rim around it... I have the same thing except its like little tiny circles around all of the polyps.. ANy ideas?

sorry, i know there are red bugs in there however see the rings round where the polyps come out? what is that? Or is that just skin left over?
