looks like a scoly.

Without a good concept on size, I’d guess either scoly or favia.

Tough to take a better picture, but it sits on about an inch tal “stalk”, so I don’t think it’s a scoly. No “eyes” so I don’t think favia.
Maybe Indo or Acan?
