What is This

I posted this in a couple of other forums and have had no luck so I was hoping to see if somebody knows what this is.

I have had my new Ricordia in the tank for about 2 weeks now and I just noticed this white almost silky looking stuff under it that was not there before. Can anyone tell me what it is? Color is not bleached out as it seems in the pics. Just a bad digital shout on the Now pics.
