what is Vortec Wave Maker?

Can Any one tell me what is Vortec pump? Where to get it? and what it do?

check this out...its in the Icecap forum (makers of vortech) And the new wave maker was demo'd at MACNA this year (this past weekend) and a short video can be seen on Reefcast.com.
