What is wrong with my Butterfly Fish

I just noticed that my Raccoon Butterfly was looking like this. I am wanting to know what you guys think is causing it and what the treatment is for it.

The body is like Bloody in places and it looks like hematomas.

well, obviously it's too late for that fish. Red splotches like that are usually indicative of a bacterial infection, it can usually be cured with antibiotics.

Please provide history of fish; also, when was the last wet item added to this tank?

It could be uronema, in which case your tank is infected.
