He has shrunk and I think he is loosing a lot of his color. What should I try, if anything?

No Amonia
No Nitrites
Very little Nitrates

All other coral look great. He just slowly got lighter and lighter. He is on the bottom facing up.

What would bleach him? Too much light?

unfortunately, not even the experts fully understand what causes bleaching. Could be any of a great number of things. Have you checked phosphates? high levels are known to cause bleaching. In my experience, not enough lighting has caused bleaching for me.

also check you alkalinity, bicarbonate is very important for the symbiotic algea!
