What is your turn over rate?

Like the title says, whats your turn over in your NPS tanks? (NPS = Non-Photosynthetic Species) Mine is 98.8x in my 25 gallon NPS tank.

Turn over rate is not a big thing for our tanks. I want slow flow through my sump

Isn't that about impossible to calculate with pulse modes, on and off 30% 100% modes?
Ive got 2 mp 10's and a tunze 6045 in my 60 cube if that helps. return is doing like 400 gph

I have no idea... IMHO too much is weighed on turn over rate by many.

I like slow flow through my sump so there's good contact time for my skimmer, but I use my return to feed my chiller as well, so there needs to be enough for that. I use an Eheim 1262 for my return (~900 gph), and I have two modded MJ 900s in the display. Assuming detrius stays in suspension, and the corals receive the proper amount of flow (species dependent), everything's all good :thumbsup:

I've found pulsing laminar flow to be the best thing for these corals
