What kind of algae is this?

Not able to do a full scale water test atm, but will update when I can. What would cause this kind of algae and what is the best way to remove it.....
If I had to guess I would say I have high phosphates right now as I have been using pellet food for the last few months. That's the only change to my system.

Dinos and some cyano I think..cant see it the best on my phone

That sure could be dinoflagellates. I would suck that stuff out asap.

There are a few long threads about the stuff. Not all treatment is the same for all strains/species. Start with sucking that stuff out and testing your water. If you can borrow a microscope, that can help ID.
