Looks like aiptasia but i could be wrong. Can you get a better picture? If others agree it is...I would get rid of it asap as that one can spread to be hundreds real quick. And if you have corals aptaisia will sting any corals around it. Kalk paste worked great for me. Mix up a thick paste and using a syringe, inject it on the oral disk. If you can.....take the whole rock out and chissel off the small area where its attached to.

Totally agree with aptasia. Dude nuke it. I had the same thing when I first started. I let it grow to see what it was. Then what seemed like over night. The tank was full of em. It took a long time to get rid of them. If its only on that one rock you might want to remove the rock and nuke him out side the tank.
