What Kind of Clown ?

Here are a few pictures of a hybrid clown collected in the Solomon Islands. What do you think the parents were? The white tail seems to indicate partial Chrysopterus.

That is a hybrid.. maybe leucokranos/chryopterus..?

pretty sweet looking fish! i had a similar pair from the solomons several years ago. i imagine its just an aberrant chrysopterus. although mine looked like a giant nigripes with those black pelvic fins.

I would venture a guess at leuc/chrys or sand/chrys. I also think Jordan's old clown's gene pool was very possibly muddied up by some sort of out cross. Very spectacular specimen by the way.
