What kind of Goby is this?

Hey guys....I saw it at a local store and felt I had to get it... I just don't know what kind of goby it is and they didn't really have a specific name for it. Let me know if anyone recognizes it! Thanks!

Also, do you guys know if they hide? I got him yesterday and after I acclimated him he was swimming around and everything seemed fine. I saw him this morning before work.. everything was fine, again. After I came home.. I can't find him! I know they tend to hide and I guess it has to be that because I looked all over the place in and out of the tank. Any info will help. Thanks again!

Engineer Goby, one of the coolest fish. The get very long, I had one rouhgly ~7 inches. Will dig burrows all over the place but is a very very personaly and cool fish. The white markings will also change as it grows.

+2 engineer goby. Your tank needs more sand for him.

Engineer Goby in the adult stage. Will need lots of sand and places to build a cave. In the process of giving mine away right now..

Engineer Goby. They are pretty cool but as my wife says not the prettiest fish. Also second on the depth of sand bed. Need more.
