anyone knows what kind of macroalgae is this?

Can i use it for my refugium? is it effective to reduce nitrat?

Try looking up Ulva and Enteromorpha. I'm quite certain it's an Ulvalean so it shoud like moderate to bright light and lots of flow. If you can make it happy w/ lighting and flow it should reduce nitrates well.
