What kind of PE's are these if they are PE's at all???

I was hoping someone could help me ID this? I bought these but think they aren't what they were sold as.

With the purple and green, it looks like a type of green PE. Give it a lot of light and it will probably develop more.

What did you buy it as?

I can't remember what I bought it as, but I do remember that it wasn't stated as being a PE of sorts. Regardless.. you'd define it definitely as some sort of PE?

Anyone else wanna take a stab?
