Picked up this guy for $34.99 yesterday... The pics don't do it justice either green with white tips and white speckles... Can't wait til it's as large as my rosé bubble!

need a more accurate photo of what is looks like.....
but your description is that of a GBTA imo....

There is only one "kind" of BTA. Yours is green with white tips and speckles. If you want to give it a name, may I suggest Bob.

Sorry, I'm just getting a little tired of the BTA designer morph craze. Even the common ones are a little different from each other. Depending on the lighting and conditions even exact clones will look different from each other. Its just a marketing technique to sell the anemone you payed $20 for at a wholesaler's for $300 on your website.

(I don't mean you specifically, I just mean in general)

Amen to that!

It's an Entacmaea quadricolor.

All fine answers to me guys/gals...

I was just curious I've never seen one like that and its very healthy too which is something else u dont see very often at some of these LFS's... and well last but least it was priced right...

Thanks for the responses. I'll try to get a pic with flash on to get the blue hue out of the two pics...

I just call all my bubbletips "the precious." Because that's how my female clownfish treats them: "We found it. It's all mine. My own...my PRECIOUSSSSS!"

Sorry, I worked almost 12 hours today (or sat at my desk, anyway) and I'm a little slaphappy. :p
