what light spectrum do i need?

i want to set up a do it yourself light set up

i built my own hood and i am planning on setting up lights myself from home depot. i want to use power compact bulbs they come in a wide light spectrum. i can not use 50/50 and actinic so i need to know what the total light spectrum i need is

i am planing on having a few fish and some shrooms and mabe a few colts and some pompoms

what total light spectrum do i want?
