What media does everyone use in their Ca reactors?

I use knop media, its pricey though, seem's like when i was researching everybody on RC uses A.R.M. but I know most of the time the popular product seems to usually be whatever is the cheapest.

have a bag of media that i was going to give to when you came to the house but forgot to get it . I recommend coralsand with a grain size of approx 10-15mm. That what i use in all the Ca reactors i'v used

Honestly they can't all be very much different can they? Other that grain size it's all basically the same stuff. Some will give you some phosphate out of the reactor and I know most people run GFO in a bag or a reactor to make sure the phos. doesn't get out of hand.

Ive tried ARM for my primary before. It clogged up my tubings after a while. It turns into some serious mush after a while too. I like the bigger grain media like GenX or Schuran. It dissolves much better. Plus the bigger size provides better flow in the reactor.
