Currently using a Aqua C Nano Remora on my 24g. I love it!!! Stay away from the Seaclone they are bad

im running the fisson nano. let me tell you it sucksssssss dont ever buy it. it dose nothing ha just want to give you a heads up. there was only one time where i got a little bit of yellow gunk in it and i was sooo happy hahaha i was like YEAAA i skimmed a 3rd of an ounce of crap out of my tank haha but really its the biggest waste.

Oh, and Im using a CPR BakPak 2 with bubble trap and box. I Love it... never needs tuning, and pulls out thick green nog all day everyday.

I have the rio nano skimmer, it is a HOB. I love this skimmer. It only cost about $35 and does an amazing job skimming. HTH.

I'm just setting up a 29 gal.,and got a Tunze 9002 for it after reading some good things about it on other forums and also on this forum. It hasn't produced skimmat yet because I don't have fish in it yet. But I'll tell you one thing about it you'll like,you can stand right next to the tank with the skimmer running,(I started it up for a test run)and you hardly hear it,and my wife likes that. Also, after adjusting the level of foam action in the base of the cup,I noticed after turning it off for a while and then starting it back up the foam level settles right down to where it should be at the base of the cup again. That's something a lot of skimmers I've had over the years would never do.

I use the CSS 65 on my 29. It was cheap and it does a great job. Blows the old prizm away. I would recoment it to anyone looking for a nano skimmer.

I just picked up the Tunze Nano today to replace my old HOB Skimmer and after 4 hrs a little adjusting is producing good skimmate clear at moment but looks like when it breaks in will skim circles around most skimmers and at $135 is a great deal

Was using the ASM G1 on my 20long with sump. Switching to the Tunze 9005 though since it uses half the watts and is much more space efficient something that is really needed in my cramped sump.
IMHO,
A large skimmer like these are needed if your doing SPS which the system is dedicated to.

Yeah I didn't mean to touch a nerve with anyone, thats just what I use friend and how I feel.
I like have it a little overpowered because I feel like there is more room for error, I.E. Feed a little too much accidentally, also feel like I can do a fish more then usual thanks to the extra oxygenation and skimming.
Course what do I know, I have only been doing reefs for 10 years and keeping an 20 long sps dominated setup for 4 years.
