What on earth are these!?

So a few days ago I started seeing a few of these little fuzzy things attached to one of my acros. There are now more, but still not a large number. I don't see any signs of problems yet but I am concerned.

You can see them near the tip on the right side. They kind of look like hydroids.

They are hydroids. I found an answer by googling "hydroids on coral".

Zanclea Hydroids
From what I've read and experienced personally they are unattractive but harmless and tend to wane over time.

I'm glad to find out they are harmless.

I wouldn't qualify them as harmless, but they can be if you only have a few. I had some develop on an A. exquisita frag and almost completely wiped out the frag. It started to STN (it was completely covered with zanclea hydroids), so I broke off the frag from the rock it was on. Fortunately, a little nub remained on the rock with two or three polyps left. I didn't think it would survive, but it did and without any signs of the hydroids remaining on the new growth. I've since fragged this coral a couple times and it's one of the coolest looking pieces I have. Hopefully you won't have any issues? I wish you the best of luck.
Also, these usually come from wild pieces.

Does anyone know if a Bayer dip kill hydroids?

They live within the tissue, so dipping won't help much, at least in my case.

After breaking the frag off the rock in June of 2015, I was left with a little nub. The two or three polyps that were left behind grew slowly and this pic shows the growth after 4 months.
