What powerhead for my nano?

I have a 20 gallon hexagon nano I set up in February that I need some flow advice for. Right now the only flow comes from my canister filter. I have zoos, mushrooms, leather, frogspawn, cloves, and montiopora. Everything is thriving and doing great, but I think it should have more flow.

So I bought a Maxi Jet 1200 and installed it. It was way too much flow for this tank. Everything was whipping around and my frogspawn started withdrawing almost immediately. Fortunately I can use the Maxi Jet in my other tank.

My question is what type/flow powerhead should I buy for a tank this size? I'd like more flow, but I don't want something that is going to turn my tank into a blender.

A little expensive, but two Koralia 1 (400 gph of the soft flow each) may be good, I have one in Nano-cube 12g - just right, in 3" flow will not hurt corals, subjectively conparable with Maxi-Jet 600 (160 gph of strong flow).

Adjustable small pump is Mini-Jet 606 (~159 gph), like it much better, then Maxi-Jets, have 3 of them for 1.5 year, no problems. One was in 6g tank with frogspawn - it was good in the middle of the tank.

In hex flow will be directed on the opposite wall, and, reflected, wash around corals - they should be fine.
