what powerhead/pump to feed CA reactor?

if it is a small tank (100g), do I need a small power or airlift pump to feed the reactor? what do you recommend?

to get constant flow people have been using masterflex, or cole palmer pumps as they are made for continuous use. otherwise something like a colbalt pump will work also
