What putty do you use?

I have always used Holdfast brand epoxy putty (formerly sold by Petsmart) and superglue gel to mount frags. They have stopped carrying it. The local LFS seem to think their brands are gold, not epoxy putty, Petco carries Holdfast putty, but at literally twice the price.

What do you use to mount frags, and where do you get it?

I use this too. Makes the skimmer go nuts for a while though.

+1 to JB waterweld. The only time my skimmer went nuts while using it was when I used two tubes of it to attach rocks to the back wall and overflow, otherwise never an issue.

I might add a little food coloring the next round of frag mounting for better blending in.

look into the nyos reef cement. pretty awesome stuff

+1 to the Nyos cement. Far better mold ability and looks more natural right off the bat unless you have tons of coralline.
