what return pump do I use for a 180gallon aga

I want a 180 gallon tank and I was wondering what size sump do I need and what return pump do I use, there is 2 overflows

Are you using this for your main flow or just a return from the sump and are you considering a fuge?

Assuming your overflows are rated the typical 600 gph (each), you'll probably want to consider a pump rated in the 1000gph range. You didn't mention if you are looking for an external or submersible pump... The Quiet One pumps (Models 5000 or 6000) will work both ways and are reasonably priced. The Eheim 1262 is also a good choice. I used an external Blueline 40HD-X on my 180G - a reliable, quiet pump that is still in use on my water change system.
