What return pump for 180gal dual overflow ?

Was wanting to know what to use on my tank. I bought a Rio 20HF . I know someone who is running this on their 180. The 180 is dual 1" drain and dual 3/4" return. Is this pump good enough ?

Ive also heard sometimes it matters the skimmer you will be running ? I will be running a SRO 3000 .
