What return pumps would you recommend for a 180rr

I am in the process of setting up a 180rr for FOWLR. What return pump would you recommend, it could be internal or external? I am looking for a quiet pump as the tank is in the livingroom. What type of skimmer should I get?

It's hard to beat an Eheim for it's quiet operation and reliability.
Great internal pump.

I have two 1262 on my 300G, and you can barely tell they're running, they are so quiet. I don't know how they do it.

I have heard a lot of good things about the dart pumps and I will look into the eheim pumps too. Thank you for all of your input and advice.

My 2 cents: The Sequence Dart is very powerful and very quiet, but if you want to run it wide open make sure your overflows can handle the flow...it will give you well over 2000 gph even with several feet of head pressure. Also, all that flow will make the overflows a bit more noisy. For the skimmer I'd say a Deltec AP851 would be a good choice...kinda pricey but very powerful
