what salt mix has the highest amount of magnesium and calcium? I dont like reef crystals, not helping my calcium....

Oceanic clearly has the highest amounts of Calcium and Magnesium. However it is lacking in balanced alkalinity which makes it a poor choice IMO.

If RC isn't doing the job for ya, try Coralife. Higher calcium and magnesium but a better balance of alkalinity.

And for everyone else, there is no best salt mix. Only the best salt mix for your particular tank. :)

i used to use natural sea water that came in a box 5 gals for 10 bucks.. got a little costly after awhile now i just use reef crystals..
