I am asking the opinions of some on seahorse.org and on reefcentral to see what they think the SG and temp should be in an H. Kuda tank.

They say that lower temps slow bacterial growth. What does lower SG do?

What SG and temp do you run your S.H. tank? :)

***Aside from this question, is better in your opinion to cycle your tank (with live rock) at higher temps (with a heater), and for how long at those temps. Currently my tank is at 80 degrees F, but will lower it down to 74ish a few days before I get the pair or more of Kuda from seahorsesource. THANKS!!! :eek1:

Chris..... no matter what the responses are to this poll.... you should keep the Kuda at the same temp and specific gravity that the supplier (seahorsesource) keeps them at. I know you're being cautious, but don't over-analyze the situation. Dan will tell you exactly what you need to know, he's the one that's raised them ;)
