What Shall Be Done For This?

Reefing Newbie

Today I did my routine 10 minute observation of my fish. One of my new pylei fairy wrasses has been glancing at some rock, doing some kind of shimmy in the water column, and now has a white mark of somesort on its eye. From my general observation it may be the smaller more submissive of the two with this right now. I also have two .75-1" ocellaris clowns in with them. Below are some pictures of it, or at least the best I could get with what I have. This white thing is on the pupil(on top of the eye). Kind of hard to see, but I can't get them to hold still long enough for pictures.

Flukes? My red Fairy Wrasse had Flukes and had the same "thing" on his eyes and was scratching. Prazi pro cleared it right up for me. Are the fish in quarantine?

Yes they are in QT right now. They were added Saturday night, I was told that wrasses usually come in with worms. I will try Prazi and see how that goes. The glancing made me think ick, but I don't have the proper copper test for Cupramine(ordering soon). I will remove the rock and snails in there ASAP. I have heard it is reef safe, but not sure on that. If not I have to scrape a kenya tree off the bottom from when it was a holding tank. Thanks for chiming in jcmjoe!

Just do the recommended dosage once, correct? Just making sure this stuff doesn't evaporate with the water. Thanks for the diagnosis!

Im not sure if you meant the Prazipro is reef safe or the Cupramine? The Cupramine is definately not safe for any invert. I have used Prazi in my DT with no effect to any of my inverts, I would still try and remove them(inverts) if I could incase you end up having to use the copper. Im sure you knew that but was just checking! good luck

No fish in DT. I still have 8 weeks of QT after I am done with the prazi treatment. I think I read that flukes will die off in 8 weeks if there arent any fish. Is this true? If not then I will move the inverts and rock somewhere else, not sure where though...
