What should a healthy anemone look like?

I have a 29 gallon tank that has been running for about 5 months. Two weeks ago, I brought home a Sebae anemone and can't tell if it is doing well in my tank. It is inflated most of the time and looks similar to what it was at the store, but I don't know what the mouth should look like. I feed it every few days with frozen mysis shrimp, but I can't tell if it is eating. I use a eyedropper and gently shoot food at it. Even though it is inflated, it doesn't seem to want to pick a spot to attach in my tank. Every few days, I find it upside down somewhere along the bottom of the tank.

My parameters are
temp-78 deg
salinity- 1.024
pH-8.2
ammonia-0
nitrite-0
nitrate-ranges from 5 to 10 depending how long since water change

Here's a few pictures I took of it when I flipped it back over http://imgur.com/a/MeG89

Any advice is appreciated!

* Non-white color (colors close to it's type)
* Not closed for more than a day or 2
* Tentacles should be spread

While your's is a sebae, we had a similar experience with our bubble tip. It would always detach and roll around. Eventually it found a spot after two weeks and hasn't moved since. I find that like their clownfish hostees, anemones are very aloof critters.

Like others have said, if is has a open mouth, bleached color, or is always scrunched up then you have a problem. Our's nomally shrinks when it needs to expel waste. Ours definitely does react to different light levels.
