What should I do?

I have a Wow Blue frag that i think i moved it up to fast in lighting because the tips are starting to burn. Only some of them are starting to burn not all of them and the ones that are starting to burn still have polyps in them. Should i cut off the tips or should i just move it to the sand bed and see if they recover?

no i think from lighting i just put in new bulbs are moved it up to fast.
